Simmons, 60, has been accused of sexual misconduct ranging from assault to rape by 11 women on the record, including model , fashion publicist and writer.



It is alleged that Russell Simmons sent a letter to his ex-wife on May 5th, asking her to do the right thing and then the lawsuit would go away.



The matter will now rest in the hands of the courts.
