I didn't realise until it was too late that he was pasting bleach onto my rootsstraight onto my scalp I've only ever had highlights professionally so wasn't sure what he was doing at firsthe hadn't listened to a word I had said, and I didn't know what to do as the friend who recommended him was there, so I just let it happen and hoped for the best, and sorry but I'm too much of a wuss to complain so I paid and left.
